About Kristin

One of the greatest privileges of being a therapist is witnessing parts of people that few ever get to see. I get to hold space for real, raw, honest human experiences — pain, strength, and everything in between.

My Values and Approach

Treatment planning is always collaborative, and we create a plan that is person-centered. This plan speaks to what you are hoping to accomplish in therapy, not what I think you should.

I keep it real. What you see is what you get. I show up authentically, and I invite my clients to do the same. No masks, no fluff.

I’ve done — and continue to do — my own healing. I don’t expect anyone to go places I haven’t been willing to go myself. I walk the talk.

Your wins are everything. Whether it’s a big breakthrough or just making it through a tough day, your progress is what fuels me.

I genuinely care. Every person who walks through my door matters deeply to me. Your story, your struggles, your hope — I hold all of it with care and respect.

If you’ve been thinking about therapy, or you're just curious, I’m here. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
